Here are a few signs that you might be disconnected from your authentic self, and a few tips on how to regain that connection to your personal power source. #1 -You’re Frequently Bored or Generally Discontent in Life If you find yourself frequently bored or experiencing an overall discontentment in your life — this could indicate a disconnect with your authentic self. When you’re connected to your authentic self, you are connected with your purpose. Knowing your purpose provides you with the larger framework for your life, including things like what you do for work, where you live, and who you live with. It defines your long-term planning and goals, and it gives you a guidepost by which to make big decisions that will impact your life. Knowing your purpose also provides you with an in-the-moment framework for your life. When you know who you are, and you show up filled with your purpose in every moment, every small thing in your life takes on meaning.
