My sweet friends,

How have you been? What has life been like for you this season? For me, I have been growing, stretching, loving, and learning. While some of it has been challenging - it has been been the good kind of challenge and honestly guys, I’ve loved every minute of it.

Every “upgrade” in our lives requires us to integrate an aspect of ourselves that we don’t know how to love yet. This means that as I’ve been growing this past year, I’ve also been learning to love and cherish myself more and more, and to integrate parts of myself that I had previously shunned. The process of going after our dreams and goals is also a journey of falling more and more in love with ourselves (how cool is that?!?!). As I learn to love and accept more and more of myself, my life reflects that love and I tremble with gratitude for a day-to-day life that fits me like a glove - that has exactly what I uniquely need to thrive.

For me, I have been deepening my bonds with family, expanding my network of friends, and increasing my ability to profoundly care for myself. As a business owner and leader in the coaching community, I have created another year of exponential growth for my business. I am planning a summer 2024 USA tour, and I’m so excited about connecting with more people in new places. My 1:1 clients are the heart and soul of my business. I feel such a deep dedication, and fierce belief in them and their dreams… and to watch them grow and shine, well, it is nothing short of exhilarating. As I lean into this season of gratitude and examine what I am grateful for in my life, my clients are top of the list. I am so deeply honored and grateful that they have chosen me to walk alongside them for a chapter of their life.

Okay, now in this section I’m going to brag a bit: My courses are OFF.THE.HOOK! I am finding so much fulfillment in teaching others how to develop a strong sense of SELF. When you courageously dig into the depths of life, embracing its ups and downs, joys and sorrows, you open the door for transformation. It's in those moments of vulnerability and authenticity that life, the master sculptor, chisels away at the rough edges of your soul.

As you experience the full spectrum of emotions and face life's challenges head-on, you grant it permission to dig into your very core, revealing the hidden facets of your character. You learn, adapt, and evolve, and in doing so, you become the architect of your own growth.

Life's ability to dig into you, to reshape and refine you, is an intricate dance of self-discovery and resilience. It's in the crucible of adversity that your true strength is forged, and your character is tested and tempered. Each experience, whether triumphant or challenging, adds a brushstroke to the canvas of your existence, painting a richer and more vibrant portrait of the best version of yourself.

Don't shy away from life's complexities; instead, welcome them with open arms, for it's in those moments of deep feeling and unyielding perseverance that you find the path to becoming the most authentic, resilient, and magnificent version of who you were meant to be.

I hope that you have the most fabulous Thanksgiving - whatever that may look like for you. Manifesting our dream life starts by intentionally designing the moments of our lives. I have examined what I need to make this the best Thanksgiving of my life, and I am intentionally designing the space, connections, boundaries, and conversations that will color my experience. I’m so excited. For me, this week will be fulfilling and life affirming. I can’t wait. As you’ve probably heard: The best way to predict the future is to create it.
