Our minds are intricate and powerful, composed of two distinct yet interconnected components: the conscious and the subconscious mind. Understanding and aligning these two facets can be the key to unlocking your full potential, achieving personal growth, and manifesting your desires.

The Conscious and Subconscious Minds: An Overview
  1. The Conscious Mind: This is the part of your mind that you're aware of in your day-to-day life. It's where logical thinking, rational decision-making, and critical analysis take place. It's like the tip of the iceberg that you can see above the surface of the water.
  2. The Subconscious Mind: The subconscious mind operates beneath the surface, driving your habits, emotions, and automatic responses. It's responsible for your beliefs, memories, and creative insights. Unlike the conscious mind, the subconscious mind operates mostly in the background, often without your conscious awareness.

The Power of Alignment

Aligning your conscious and subconscious minds is like tuning two instruments to play the same melody. When they work harmoniously, you can harness incredible power to shape your life.
  1. Setting Clear Intentions: Your conscious mind is excellent at setting clear goals and intentions. When you define your desires consciously, you send a signal to your subconscious about what you want to achieve. It's like programming a GPS with a specific destination.
  2. Overcoming Limiting Beliefs: Your subconscious mind holds beliefs formed from past experiences and external influences. Sometimes, these beliefs can be limiting and hinder your progress. By aligning your conscious and subconscious minds, you can identify and reprogram these beliefs to be more supportive of your goals.
  3. Visualization and Affirmations: The conscious mind is a great storyteller, but the subconscious thrives on imagery and repetition. By visualizing your goals and repeating positive affirmations, you bridge the gap between your conscious desires and your subconscious programming.
  4. Consistency and Practice: Aligning your conscious and subconscious minds is an ongoing process. Just as you can't master a musical instrument overnight, it takes consistent practice to bring them into harmony. Meditation, mindfulness, and journaling are tools that can help you cultivate this alignment.

Practical Steps to Alignment
  1. Self-Awareness: Start by becoming aware of your thoughts and beliefs. What are your recurring thought patterns? Are they aligned with your goals, or do they contradict them?
  2. Set Clear Goals: Define your goals and intentions clearly. Write them down and review them regularly. The act of writing them reinforces your conscious commitment.
  3. Visualization and Affirmations: Spend time each day visualizing your success and repeating affirmations that support your goals. Visualize the alignment between your conscious desires and your subconscious beliefs.
  4. Meditation and Mindfulness: These practices can help you access your subconscious mind more readily. They create a space for introspection, where you can examine and reprogram your beliefs.
  5. Consistency: Consistency is key in this alignment process. Make these practices a daily routine to reinforce the connection between your conscious and subconscious minds.

When your conscious and subconscious minds are in sync, you become a powerful manifestor of your desires. Your beliefs, thoughts, and actions align effortlessly, propelling you toward your goals.     Mindy Amita Aisling, is a professionally trained and board-certified leadership, authenticity, and entrepreneur coach.

    Mindy exceeds all requirements set forth by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for Master Coach certification.

    Mindy is also a licensed mediator, communications coach, and conflict resolution practicer.  As a mediator, she has worked both in private practice and as a court appointment mediator at her local county courthouse.

    Through her innovative approach, she assists clients in examining their limiting beliefs, questioning their assumptions about how the world works, and releasing the notion that they are anything less than perfect. As a result, individuals who work with Mindy cultivate the ability to stand firm in their beliefs, live authentically and decisively, and discover an experience of life that is easy and graceful.

    In 2021, Mindy founded How to Be Human and Entreprenerd. These programs have enabled her to share her wisdom and knowledge with a broader audience in service of her vision of helping others live authentic lives This, in turn, has empowered more individuals to lead their most TRUE and COURAGEOUS lives.

    ​When she is not working, Mindy can be found playing outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, creating art, spending time with friends & family, or with her nose deep in a book.
