10 Reasons To Be Happy Right Now
My natural state of being when I wake up in the morning is excitement and joy. When it is anything else, I know that there is something ‘off’ in my life. That being said, I have spent years of my life waking up every morning feeling anxious and heavy. Even when we know our natural state, it can be challenging to create the necessary boundaries and choices to achieve that state of being. Circumstances in life create lessons, challenges, losses, or changes that can be difficult to navigate. Feeling grumpy, anxious, sad, confused, frustrated, depressed — it’s all okay and it is all part of the human experience. All of our feelings guide us and help us deepen into our authentic selves.
