From Set-Up to Success

Let me support you & drive more traffic to your business this season! 

The "Social Takeover" program is a 3-month contract where I establish (if needed) and run your social media channel(s).  After the 3 months, I can train you to take over your social media, or I can continue to provide this service for you.  If you decide to take over your social media or bring it in-house, all of your graphics and calendars will be created and ready for you to use.  

The Planning

We will:

• ​Define your business branding with this questionnaire.
• Set up a zoom meeting together to answer questions, create the plan & finalize details. 

You will:

• Provide me with your logo, business info, colors, fonts, and images of your business, team & products (these can be simple images taken with your phone).
• ​Provide me with access to all your social media accounts.

The Work

I will:

• Optimize & size your images for each platform.
• Filter them through your chosen preset to provide branding consistency. 
• Add your logo/info to each image.
• Create any selected graphics (non-photo) images.
• Set up your account with Later & Canva.
• ​Write engaging text to go with each post.
• Research and utilize relevant hashtags.
• Develop a content calendar including 5 posts per week on your selected social platform(s).
• Provide you with 4 weeks of scheduled content to review.
• Make any requested edits.
• Launch campaign.

The Sucess

You will:

• Retain ownership, and continue to receive benefits, of all content created & posted.
• Retain ownership of your Later account for future content scheduling.
• Retain ownership of your Canva account and all Canva designs created.
• Have access to all analytics and tracking on your accounts.  (If needed, I can provide training on how to access this data)
• Receive a 15% off coupon towards  additional business services.

Examples of Layouts & Graphics

Not all photos have to have a logo or business info overlay on them - that's up to you.  But, if you are looking to have each of your photos customized in this way, here are some options of how that could look and feel.  We can also add text, quotes, or information about your business to your photos. Sometimes businesses choose to go with graphics instead of photos on their social platforms, or a mix of graphics and photos. Here are some examples of the types of things that could work for your business.  Please note that all graphics will be updated to reflect your business's colors, text, images, logo, and text. ​
