To add to that, Harvard Business Review states, "our research shows that treating employees like the assets they are—by investing in their development—boosts returns over the long term."
Managers become inspiring leaders when they invest in leadership development. Coaching allows business owners and managers to not only learn & develop a new leadership skill set, but it helps them get in touch with their own "inner coach".
