Meet Mindy
Twenty-five years in business has taught me that the work is always about people.
I’m Mindy Aisling, founder of Aisling Creative Co., a third-generation entrepreneur, strategist, storyteller, creator, and someone who still genuinely loves the beautiful, complicated work of building a business.
I’ve been doing this for more than 25 years.
Long enough to remember business before social media. Before algorithms and content calendars and the constant pressure to be visible everywhere, all the time.
And long enough to know that while the tools have changed tremendously, the things that make a business matter really haven’t.
People want to feel something. They want to trust you. They want to know who you are, what you stand for, and whether you care about them. They want to tell their friends about the businesses that made them feel welcome, understood, surprised, delighted, or simply well cared for.
I believe the best businesses have a heartbeat.
They carry the fingerprints of the people who built them. Their values live in the way they answer the phone, solve a problem, wrap a package, greet a customer, support their community, care for their employees, and make a thousand tiny decisions no one else will ever see.
Those are the businesses I love.
And those are the businesses I built Aisling Creative Co. to serve.
Over the years, my work has taken me through entrepreneurship, leadership, strategy, storytelling, community building, mediation, marketing, content creation, and countless rooms where the real work was simply understanding people. Each chapter taught me something different. Together, they taught me to look at a business as a living, interconnected thing rather than a collection of marketing channels.
That is where Digital Brand Stewardship was born.
I kept seeing extraordinary businesses being reduced online to a handful of posts, a website that hadn't been touched in years, a few Google reviews, or whatever an algorithm happened to reward that week.
And I thought: This deserves more care than that.
Because your digital presence is part of your business now.
It deserves to be tended with the same thoughtfulness you bring to the work itself.
Digital Brand Stewardship is my way of describing that responsibility. It means stepping back far enough to see the whole ecosystem, while staying close enough to care about the details. It means protecting what you've built, strengthening what needs strengthening, noticing opportunities, creating meaningful connections, and making sure the business people meet online feels like the one they would encounter if they walked through your front door.
Maybe that's why founder-led businesses feel so much like home to me.
I know what it is to build something you care about.
I know there are spreadsheets and sales goals and invoices and strategies. But underneath all of that, there is usually a person saying, I made this. I believe in it. I want to take good care of it. And I hope it matters.
When you hand some part of that business to another person, you're trusting them with more than a marketing account.
I don't take that lightly.
Aisling Creative Co. is intentionally boutique. We're not trying to become the biggest agency in the room. We're building something closer, more thoughtful, and more human. A company where experience matters, relationships matter, curiosity matters, and the people doing the work genuinely care about the businesses entrusted to them.
Because after more than 25 years, I've come to believe that good business is not simply about growth.
It's about what we choose to grow.
A reputation. A community. A body of work. Relationships. Trust. Something useful. Something beautiful. Something worth leaving a little stronger than we found it.
That is the kind of business I want to build.
And those are the kinds of businesses I want to help steward.
If you’re building a business you care deeply about and want a thoughtful, experienced partner to help you tend, strengthen, and grow its presence in the digital world, I’d love to hear what you’re building. Let’s start a conversation and see what we might create together.
