Leaders are made rather than born." Each one of us has the capacity to learn the skills of leadership and step into leading ourselves, our families, our businesses, and our communities.
While each coaching relationship will be tailored to meet the specific needs of the client, leadership coaching will dive deep into the LEAD method, and focus on developing these core leadership skills:

Living life as a successful entrepreneur requires, among other things, a healthy relationship with failure, a great sense of humor, and the ability to be continuously flexible. One of my favorite quotes of all time is by Teddy Rosevelt, "The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena; whose face is marred with dust and sweat; who strives valiantly, who errs and may fall again and again, because there is no effort without error or shortcoming." To be an entrepreneur is to be in the arena.

A Year of Transformation
This is a 12-month coaching course designed to radically transform your life. Designed in 3 phases, It starts with 3 months of weekly sessions, designed to build your personal 'launching pad' to achieve your goals. These first few months will focus on clarity, confidence, self-care, and organizational/discipline skills. During this phase, you will notice an inner transformation, where you begin to talk to yourself differently, see more possibilities for your future, and grow a deep sense of peace and confidence inside yourself. After you've completed this 3-month intensive, sessions will graduate to every other week, and this will continue for 6 months. This chapter will deep dive into accountability, intention, communication, action, and resiliency. This is the phase where your outer world will begin to transform, and by the end of it, you will have reshaped your entire reality. The final 3 months include sessions monthly as you begin to operate in your new life. This phase focuses on accountability, pivoting with grace, retaining a growth mindset, and establishing future goals.
