We Are Growing: Two New Roles at Aisling Creative Co.
Aisling Creative Co. is looking to add two roles to our startup team!
We are looking for a Content Producer and a Relationship & Growth Partner.
These are two very different roles, but they share the same foundation. Before we talk about skills, software, sales, or experience, we need to talk about character.
→What we are looking for in both roles
Aisling Creative Co. was built on the belief that marketing, including social media marketing, can be a positive force in the world.
We believe marketing can be ethical, authentic, consent-based, and filled with love. We believe it can create genuine human connection, produce win-win outcomes, help good businesses thrive, and make a meaningful difference in the communities they serve.
We do not manufacture personalities, chase attention at any cost, or manipulate people into buying things they do not need. We listen deeply. We learn the voice, values, vision, and heart of each founder we serve. Then we help translate those things into a digital presence that feels unmistakably like them.
We call this digital brand stewardship.
Our work is grounded in three pillars:
Wisdom
We value thoughtful strategy over frantic activity. We stay curious, continue learning, ask good questions, and use both experience and evidence to make sound decisions. We pay attention to what is changing without blindly chasing every new trend.
Stewardship
We treat our clients’ stories, reputations, resources, communities, and trust with care. We remember that we are not simply creating posts, building websites, or filling marketing funnels. We are being invited into something another person has built, often with years of work, risk, hope, and heart. That is a responsibility, and we take it seriously.
Love
We believe care belongs in business. Love looks like deep listening, honesty, respect, empathy, inclusion, clear boundaries, and work that honors the humanity on both sides of the screen. It does not mean avoiding difficult conversations. It means having them with courage, clarity, and compassion.
Alignment with these beliefs is the most important qualification for either role. Skills can grow. Software can be learned. Shared values, integrity, and care are the soil everything else grows from.
Shared Philosophy
For both roles, we are looking for someone who:
Works independently and can move toward a clear outcome without needing instructions for every step.
Takes genuine ownership of their work, follows through on commitments, and communicates before a missed deadline or small problem becomes a large one.
Honors and has reverence for each founder’s unique business, voice, vision, and the trust they have placed in us to steward their brand.
Communicates directly, clearly, and kindly, especially when something is unclear, delayed, difficult, or not working.
Can receive feedback without treating it as a personal attack, take accountability when something goes wrong, and participate in honest repair.
Is resourceful, deeply curious, and genuinely excited to keep learning in the fast-moving world of digital marketing.
Creates useful systems instead of relying on memory, urgency, and good intentions alone.
Can tolerate a reasonable amount of ambiguity and actively help turn it into clarity.
Is willing to experiment, take thoughtful risks, and occasionally get something wrong. They understand that failure is not the opposite of success, but part of learning how to do excellent work.
Does not hide mistakes, defend poor work, or repeat the same error without learning from it. They reflect, adjust, and return stronger.
Is excited to help build and grow Aisling Creative Co., not simply fill a role, and shares our desire to become a positive, ethical, and deeply human force in the business world.
We value autonomy, but autonomy does not mean isolation or mind-reading. We will establish clear goals, priorities, responsibilities, and measures of success. We will collaborate, answer questions, share feedback, and remove roadblocks. What we will not do is micromanage every hour or dictate every step.
→ Role One: Content Producer
15–20 hours per week | $25–$30 per hour | Fully remote within the United States
The Content Producer will turn supplied photographs, video clips, copy, brand assets, and strategic direction into polished visual content for Aisling Creative Co. and the founder-led brands we serve.
During the first six months, most of this role will focus on creating Canva graphics and carousels. This is not a broad creative-director position disguised as an entry-level production job. Your primary responsibility will be to produce strong work from supplied assets, proof it carefully, and contribute thoughtful creative ideas within an established strategy.
You will work closely with founder and creative director Mindy Aisling. We will provide the purpose of the content, the brand guidelines, the available materials, and the desired outcome. We need you to bring the visual judgment, attention to detail, and initiative required to turn those ingredients into something ready to publish.
What you will own from the beginning
Creating on-brand social media graphics and carousels in Canva.
Turning photographs, copy, brand elements, and strategic direction into clear, engaging visual content.
Adapting established templates without making the work feel repetitive or generic.
Proofing every piece for spelling, formatting, sizing, readability, accessibility, and brand consistency.
Learning and applying each client’s distinct visual identity, audience, voice, and goals.
Managing revisions carefully and incorporating feedback into future work.
Contributing ideas when you see a stronger visual approach, useful content format, or creative opportunity.
Communicating questions, capacity concerns, and potential delays early.
Short-form video editing, content repurposing, and production systems may become part of the role as it grows, particularly if you already have those skills. They are not the central expectation on day one.
You may be a strong fit if you
Have solid working experience with Canva or a comparable design platform.
Have a strong visual eye and understand the difference between content that is merely attractive and content that communicates effectively.
Are meticulous about proofreading and quality control.
Can follow an established brand system while still bringing creativity to the work.
Can move between different client brands without making them all look alike.
Have experience with CapCut or another video-editing tool, or are excited to learn.
Has practical experience working within Meta’s ecosystem, including Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business Suite, and the platform’s current publishing requirements, formats, and creative best practices.
A marketing or design degree is not required. Professional, personal, volunteer, and self-initiated work all count. We care about the quality of your work, the way you think, and whether you can reliably deliver.
→ Role Two: Relationship & Growth Partner
Remote within the United States | $1,000–$1,500 monthly base, plus commission
Some people are energized by closing deals. You are energized by building relationships and know how to guide a good relationship toward a clear decision.
This is a full-cycle, relationship-based sales role. It is not simply networking, and it is not high-pressure selling dressed in friendlier language. You will be responsible for finding aligned leads, nurturing those relationships, running discovery calls, preparing proposals, and closing contracts.
We do not want cold-calling volume, generic automated pitches, or pressure tactics. Our growth will come through warm networks and referrals, carefully personalized outreach, and thoughtful strategic partnerships.
The right person will be genuinely curious about founders and fascinated by businesses. You will ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and understand what someone actually needs before discussing what we can offer. You will also be comfortable talking about scope, budget, timing, objections, and next steps. Relationships matter here, but so do clarity and results.
What you will own
Identifying founder-led businesses and organizations that align with our values, services, and ideal-client profile.
Building and nurturing relationships through warm introductions, referrals, personalized outreach, and strategic partnerships.
Learning our services deeply enough to recognize when we can genuinely help and when we are not the right fit.
Running discovery calls that uncover a prospect’s needs, goals, readiness, budget, and decision-making process.
Preparing clear, accurate proposals (in collaboration with Mindy during the initial onboarding period.)
Following up consistently and respectfully until a clear decision is reached.
Closing aligned contracts without using manipulative or high-pressure tactics.
Maintaining organized notes, next steps, and an accurate relationship pipeline.
Developing repeatable systems for referrals, outreach, follow-up, proposals, and handoff to the service team.
You may be a strong fit if you
Build trust naturally and understand that trust is earned through honesty, consistency, and follow-through.
Listen closely enough to identify what someone needs rather than simply waiting for your turn to pitch.
Are comfortable initiating conversations, discussing money, asking for a decision, and hearing “no.”
Write clearly and speak confidently without sounding scripted.
Keep excellent records and do not allow promising conversations to vanish into the mist.
Are motivated by measurable results but unwilling to sacrifice integrity to reach them.
Understand that “not right now” and “not the right fit” are legitimate outcomes, not objections to bulldoze.
Want to help build a sales process rather than inherit a finished corporate playbook.
You do not need a traditional corporate sales background. Experience in relationship-based sales, account management, fundraising, hospitality, coaching, partnerships, community building, or business development may translate beautifully to this role. What matters is evidence that you can build trust, manage a pipeline, ask directly for business, and follow through.
What success looks like
More aligned founders know who we are, understand what makes our approach different, and enter meaningful sales conversations with us. Qualified opportunities move through a clear process. Proposals and follow-ups happen promptly. New contracts are a genuine fit for both the client and our team.
Success will be measured by both the health of the process and the business it produces. Trust matters. Signed contracts matter too.
Our anticipated compensation structure is a monthly base of $1,000–$1,500 plus a one-time commission based on the initial value of each contract you bring in and close. The exact commission calculation, eligibility requirements, and payment timing will be provided before formal interviews begin and documented in the final agreement.
This is currently anticipated to be an independent contract role. Final scope and classification will be professionally reviewed before a contract is offered.
